Delete your Slab Social account

You can delete your Slab Social account and its data at any time, with or without the app.

In the app

Go to your profile → Settings → Delete account, and confirm. It’s deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@slabsocial.com from the email address you sign in with, and include your @handle. We’ll confirm it’s your account, delete it, and reply when it’s done, usually within a few days and always within 30.

What’s deleted

Your profile, posts, comments, stories, collection, photos and videos, slab verifications, and the messages you sent.

What’s kept, and for how long

Copies may stay in our backups for up to 30 days before they’re gone. We may keep records we’re required to keep by law, such as reports of abuse, for as long as the law requires. Content other people already shared outside Slab Social isn’t something we can remove.

Delete some of your data, and keep your account

You don’t need to delete your account to remove things. In the Slab Social app:

A post: tap ⋯ on it → Delete post.
A comment: tap the trash icon next to it.
A story: open it → tap the trash icon.
A card or slab, with its photos: open it in your binder → Remove from binder.
Your profile photo: Edit profile → tap your photo → Remove photo.

Without the app, or for anything else, email support@slabsocial.com from the email address you sign in with, with your @handle and what you’d like deleted. We’ll delete it and reply, usually within a few days and always within 30.

What you delete is removed straight away; copies may stay in our backups for up to 30 days. Read more in the Privacy Policy.
